TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me, it means you have read and agreed to the terms listed below.
i. GENERAL
★ Do not use my art for anything even remotely related to Generative AI or nfts.
★ I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
★ Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.i will draw:
★ Anthro/Humanoids/Humans
★ Creatures / Animals
★ backgrounds
★ Ship art
★ Light gore / blood
★ Fanart
★ partial nudity / non-suggestive nudity
★ suggestive artI WILL NOT DRAW:
★ Heavy gore
★ Fetishes
★ 18+ nsfw
★ Hateful art
★ Pedo/Incest
ii. PAYMENT
★ Payment is due in full upfront.
★ Payment in USD through Paypal invoice or Kofi via the tipping system.
★ A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
★ A design fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or a collection of photos.
★ Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).
★ The exact prices for the fees will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.
iii. REVISIONS
★ One major revision and multiple minor revisions are allowed in the sketch phase and are covered in the commission price.
★ A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
★ Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.
★ Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
★ It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.
iv. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
★ I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
★ Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
★ The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
★ You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. (as i do not have public social media yet, please use my discord motavationless as credit!)
★ For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.
★ Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
★ Print the work for personal use.
★ Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
★ Use the artwork as reference for a study.
★ Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:
★ Claim the artwork as yours.
★ Remove my watermark/signature.
★ Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
★ Color in my sketches or lineart.
★ Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
★ Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.
v. CANCELLATION
★ Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
★ You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
★ I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
★ You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.

PROCESS
when commissioning me, please provide the following:
★ reference images of the character.
★ references/descriptions of the desired pose.
★ references/descriptions of the desired expression.
★ references/descriptions of anything else that may be included in the commission (background, props, moodboards for general vibes, etc.)what you will receive:
★ sketches/thumbnails for approval before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage. (i will try my best to get a wip to you within a week of accepting the commission)
★ WIPs via discord or email throughout the commission process.
★ flat-coloured wip.
★ finished drawing--images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested.★ since i'm busy and working on other projects/commissions as well as school, the maximum delivery period for the finished product would be about 2 months, though I will try my best to get it to you before that! Do not expect the finished product in a week-- it will not happen.
★ I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.

the prices listed below are the starting prices- it may increase depending on the complexity of the commission.

ref sheet (turnaround, 5 busts): $180 USD
sketch sheet (2 full bodies, 3 busts): $130 USD
additional fees
rendered: %40 of the base price
additional character: %70 of the base price, per additional character
simple background: $20-40 USD
complex background: $50-80 USD
complex props: $5-10 USD
design fee (text description only): 50% of base price
★ price for feral characters may decrease by ≈20% depending on design complexity
